How much does penis filler cost?
Most men pay between $3,990 and $6,000, set by how much filler is placed. The price covers the consult, the procedure with numbing, and the follow-up visit; there is no facility or anesthesia fee. Financing from about $142 a month is available at every clinic.
How much girth will I gain?
It depends on how much filler you get and your own anatomy. More volume means more girth. We give you a range at the consult based on your measurements, not a fixed number, because no honest doctor can promise an exact figure.
Will penis filler look bigger when erect?
Yes. The filler sits under the skin along the shaft, so the added girth — up to 2 inches, depending on volume — shows whether you are soft or erect. Most men see the change the same day. Swelling can make it look larger for the first week or two.
How long does penis filler last?
It depends which filler you choose. Hyaluronic acid lasts about 18 to 24 months and can be adjusted or dissolved. Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating filler we blend with HA, is built to last longer. It is $100 more per ml and is offered at select offices only.
Can I pay monthly for penis filler?
Yes. Financing is available at every clinic, checking your rate uses a soft check that does not affect your credit score, and you see the monthly figure before you commit. On the $3,990 package that is about $142 a month over 36 months at 17% APR; some lenders offer 0% APR for 12 months.
Does penis filler hurt?
The area is numbed with a local anesthetic first, so most men feel pressure rather than sharp pain while the filler goes in through a cannula. The visit takes 30–45 minutes, you return to work immediately, and soreness and swelling settle over a few days.
Is penis filler safe? Risks and side effects
It is a medical procedure and carries real risk. The common effects are swelling, bruising and tenderness for a few days. Lumps that need smoothing are uncommon; infection, filler migration and vascular occlusion are rare but serious. A physician performs every procedure, screens you first, and can dissolve HA filler if it must be reversed.
Can I get filler if I have a penile implant?
Often yes. Filler sits under the skin, outside the erectile chambers where an implant lives, so the two do not compete. The physician needs to know which device you have, when it was placed and how the tissue looks before saying whether it is a good idea for you.
Is the procedure private? Will anyone know?
No one needs to know. You can ask questions by text before you give us your name. Our voicemails never say why we are calling, your card statement does not name the procedure, and the result itself reads as your own anatomy — there is no scar, no device and no dressing.
