In San Francisco he conducts the in-person consultation and performs every procedure himself; the only step that is not with him is the free phone consultation, which is with an Upsize™ expert. He has performed more than 1,000 Upsize™ procedures personally; the network has performed more than 3,000.
What is Dr. Pash's specialty, and why does it matter for this procedure?
Anesthesiology. Dr. Pash has practised since 2006, with 19 years in procedural medicine: Midwestern University, the University of Calgary, and Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University. Anesthesiology is the discipline of placing a needle precisely in tissue you cannot see, without hurting the patient. That is exactly what penis filler asks of the physician: the filler has to go in the right plane, evenly, with the man comfortable throughout.
How long has Dr. Pash been in San Francisco?

Dr. Jack Friedlander, the other Upsize co-founder, at the Roseville clinic near Sacramento. Dr. Pash can be requested there. Same procedure, same price; for patients in the East Bay or Sacramento, Roseville is often the shorter drive.
Do you see patients from outside California, or from Canada?
Yes, regularly. Contact the office for travel details; the in-person consultation and procedure can be booked for the same day when Dr. Pash's schedule allows, so one trip is usually enough.
What does Dr. Pash say to a man who wants the maximum?
In his words: anything is possible, but we generally want to keep it natural looking, and we go over exactly where that limit is for you in the office.
