How long does penis filler last?
It depends which filler you choose. Hyaluronic acid lasts about two years and can be adjusted or dissolved. Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating filler (calcium hydroxylapatite, not hyaluronic acid) blended with HA at some offices, lasts longer and cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase. It is $100 more per ml and is offered at select offices only.

Radiesse® is calcium hydroxylapatite, not hyaluronic acid — a collagen-stimulating filler that prompts your own body to build collagen around it, so the result lasts longer. It is always blended with HA. That means hyaluronidase can dissolve the HA part, but the calcium hydroxylapatite cannot be dissolved and has to wear off on its own, which can take years. It suits men who have had filler before and are certain about the size they want. It costs $100 more per ml than the HA price for your package, and it is offered at select offices, not every one — ask at your consult whether the office nearest you offers it.
What happens when it wears down
Nothing dramatic. It softens gradually over many months. You return to where you started. You do not lose ground.
Do I have to keep paying forever
