Patient question

How long does penis filler last?

It depends which filler you choose. Hyaluronic acid lasts about 18 to 24 months and can be adjusted or dissolved. Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating filler we blend with HA, is built to last longer. It is $100 more per ml and is offered at select offices only.

Two different choices

Hyaluronic acid. Lasts roughly 18 to 24 months. Its big advantage is that it is reversible — if you do not like it, it can be dissolved.

Radiesse®, blended with hyaluronic acid. Radiesse® is a collagen-stimulating filler — it prompts your own body to build collagen around it, so the result lasts longer. We always blend it with HA. That means hyaluronidase can dissolve the HA part, but the collagen-stimulating part cannot be dissolved and has to wear off on its own, which can take years. It suits men who have had filler before and are certain about the size they want. It costs $100 more per ml than the HA price for your package, and it is offered at select offices, not every one — ask at your consult whether the office nearest you offers it.

What happens when it wears down

Nothing dramatic. It softens gradually over many months. You return to where you started. You do not lose ground.

Do I have to keep paying forever

No. Topping up is a choice, not an obligation. Some men top up every couple of years, some do it once and leave it. We tell you the top-up price up front so you can plan.

Which one should I pick

If you are unsure, we usually suggest starting with hyaluronic acid. You get to live with the result, and you keep the option to change your mind.
