Patient question
Is the procedure private? Will anyone know?
No one needs to know. You can ask questions by text before you give us your name. Our voicemails never say why we are calling, your card statement does not name the procedure, and the result itself reads as your own anatomy — there is no scar, no device and no dressing.
Can I ask questions without identifying myself?
Yes. Text the line on this page and ask what you want to know; you do not have to give a name to get an answer. During office hours a real person replies, after hours an AI assistant does, and a coordinator follows up the next business day. Most men do exactly this before they book anything.
Who calls me, and what do they say?
The free phone consultation is with an Upsize™ expert, booked at a time you choose. If we call and you do not answer, the voicemail gives a name and a number back — never the reason for the call. If you would rather we only text, say so once and that is how it stays.
What shows on my statement?
Your card statement carries the practice name, not the procedure. Financing works the same way: the lender sees a medical purchase and an amount. Nothing on paper says what was done.
What is in my medical record?
The visit is a medical procedure, so a record exists — under the same privacy rules as any other medical visit, held by the physician’s practice, and released to no one without your written consent. Before-and-after photographs are taken only with consent, and the ones on this site are of patients who agreed to publish them.
What happens at the clinic?
You are seen privately, by the physician, in a medical office — the same suite where the practice sees its other patients, not a storefront with a sign about penis enlargement. The visit takes under an hour and you walk out the same day with no dressing to explain.
Will my partner notice?
The girth, yes — that is the point. The filler, no. Hyaluronic acid sits under the skin and feels like tissue once the first week or two of swelling settles. There is no scar and nothing to feel through the skin. Men tell us partners notice the size and, when told, are surprised it was done without surgery.
Will anyone at work know?
Most men return to work immediately. There is no downtime that needs explaining and no visible change in how you move or sit. Sexual activity resumes after 7 days; the rest of life carries on the same afternoon.
