What sets the price?

Volume. The packages run from 6 ml to 24 ml of hyaluronic acid, and each 6 ml adds roughly half an inch of circumference, so more volume costs more and adds more girth. The physician measures you at the consult and tells you which package matches the change you want; the full chart is on the pricing page.

What is included?

The private consultation with the physician, the procedure itself with local anesthetic, and the follow-up visit where anything that needs smoothing is smoothed. There is no facility fee and no anesthesia fee. The number quoted is the number paid, and it is the same at the clinic as it is on this site.

What changes it?

Three things. The filler: Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating filler blended with HA for men who want it to last longer, is $100 more per ml and offered at select offices only. How does it compare with surgery?

Surgical girth enhancement in the US commonly runs $8,000 to $20,000 once facility, anesthesia and time off work are counted, and carries a recovery measured in weeks. Filler is placed in 30–45 minutes under local anesthetic, most men return to work immediately, and the result is visible the same day. The trade-off is duration: HA lasts about 18–24 months, so a top-up is part of the cost over time.

What does a top-up cost?

A top-up is priced by the volume placed, like the first visit, and the practice tells you the figure before you book the first session — not after. Some men top up every couple of years; some do it once and leave it.

Is there a cheaper way to do this?

Cheaper injectors exist. The price here buys a physician holding the cannula, a named filler (Versa, with other options such as Voluma available), a follow-up visit built into the fee, and hyaluronidase on hand if the result ever needs to be reversed. A large share of the correction work the practice does is on filler placed cheaply elsewhere.
