Is Penis Enlargement Real?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can add up to 2 inches of girth, both flaccid and erect. How much you gain depends on the volume used and the size you start from.

It can also add up to 0.75 inch of flaccid length due to decreased penile retraction.

What to Expect

  1. A free information session. Tell a patient coordinator what you're looking for. The coordinator walks you through the procedure, pricing and booking, and books you at the clinic nearest you.
  2. Your visit. A typical visit: your doctor examines you and recommends a volume suited to your goals, numbs the area with a local anesthetic, and places the filler along the shaft through a blunt cannula. Before you leave, the doctor checks the result for symmetry and shapes it. Many men have the procedure the same day as their in-person consultation.
  3. Afterward. Typically a short course of antibiotics and a one-week wait before intercourse; your doctor gives you your own instructions. Most men need no sleeves, wraps or pumps, and no time off work.

What It Costs

Pricing is based on volume. The package price typically includes the consultation, the numbing, the filler, the antibiotics and a follow-up visit if you need one.

A $95 booking fee is due when you book, on top of the package price. If you need to reschedule, there's no charge with more than 48 hours' notice.

Many men begin with the Large or XL package and add volume later. Additional filler is $590 per ml, regardless of the package you started with.

Filler is about size. Firm-X™ does something different: it's a separate injection into the erectile tissue that makes erections firmer for up to six months. A single injection covers that entire period, with no need to time anything around a pill.

Does it hurt?

Typically, before anything else happens, a local anesthetic block numbs the area. What most men notice is pressure.

Typically you stay awake throughout, with a local anesthetic rather than general anesthesia or sedation. Some men have mild tenderness or bruising afterward, which usually fades within a few days to a week.

Why not surgery?

Surgery is a far bigger undertaking. Implants and grafts require an incision and general anesthesia. Taking an implant out means a second operation, and up to 10 percent of implants are removed. Healthline estimates the cost of penis enlargement surgery at anywhere from under $10,000 to over $20,000.

Will it look natural, and will anyone know?

Yes. The filler feels like your own tissue, and men and their partners say it looks and feels natural.

No one else has to know. The consultation is confidential, most men are back at work the same day, and there's nothing to wear afterward: no sleeves, wraps or pumps.

What if I don't like the result?

No other enlargement method leaves you as much room to change course.

For the first three to five days, the filler usually stays soft enough to shape, so any unevenness can be smoothed out, and a follow-up visit is available at no extra charge if you want or need one. Because it's hyaluronic acid, it can also be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you want it gone.

How long does it last?

About two years on average. Your body absorbs hyaluronic acid slowly, so any change is gradual. Many men return for more volume.
