Is Penis Enlargement Real?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler adds up to 2 inches of girth, flaccid and erect, depending on the volume and your starting size. It also adds up to 0.75 inch of flaccid length, because the penis retracts less. An increase in erect length isn't possible with filler.

What to Expect

  1. A free phone consultation. Tell an Upsize™ expert what you want and a little about your health, and they'll book you at the clinic nearest you.
  2. Your visit. The doctor examines you and recommends the volume for your goals, numbs the area with a local anesthetic, and places the filler along the shaft through a blunt cannula. Before you leave, the doctor checks the result for symmetry and shapes it. Many men have the procedure the same day as their in-person consultation.
  3. Afterward. Beyond a short course of antibiotics and a week's wait before sex, there's nothing to it: no sleeves, wraps or pumps, and no time off work.

What Men Ask Before They Book

Does it hurt?

The area is numbed with a local anesthetic block before anything else happens, so most men feel pressure rather than pain. You're awake the whole time, with no general anesthesia or sedation. Some men have mild tenderness or bruising afterward, which fades within a few days to a week.

Why not surgery?

Because surgery asks a great deal more of you. Implants and grafts mean an incision and general anesthesia, an implant comes out only with a second operation, and up to 10 percent are removed. Will it look natural, and will anyone know?

Yes. The filler feels like your own tissue, and men and their partners tell us it looks and feels natural. Nobody else needs to know: the consultation is confidential, you're back at work the same day, and there's nothing to wear afterward, no sleeves, wraps or pumps.

What if I don't like the result?

You have more room to change course than any other enlargement method gives you. For the first three to five days the filler is still soft enough to shape, so anything uneven can be smoothed, and your follow-up visit is included. And because it's hyaluronic acid, the doctor can dissolve it with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you ever want it gone.

How long does it last?

Is it safe?

Serious problems are rare. Some men have swelling, bruising or mild tenderness for a few days to a week. The rare serious risks are an infection, which the antibiotics are there to prevent, an allergic reaction, and filler blocking a blood vessel, which needs treatment the same day.
