Glans Enhancement Procedure
Penis Glans Filler — Head Enhancement with Hyaluronic Acid
Glans enhancement using the same FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler as the Upsize™ shaft procedure. Performed by needle injection in a single office visit. Available as an add-on after shaft filler so you can evaluate proportionality in real time.
About the Procedure
What Is Penis Glans Filler?
Glans filler is a non-surgical enhancement that uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to add volume to the head of the penis. The goal is to improve visual proportionality — particularly in patients who have had shaft enhancement and want the glans to match. The same FDA-approved HA filler used in the Upsize™ shaft procedure is used for glans enhancement.
Unlike the shaft procedure which uses a cannula, glans filler is administered via needle injection, allowing precise placement in the denser tissue of the glans. The procedure takes approximately 15–20 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia in the same office visit as your shaft treatment.
Our Recommendation
Do You Actually Need Glans Filler?
In most cases, no. The majority of patients who receive the standard Upsize™ shaft enhancement find that their results look naturally proportional without any glans treatment. The shaft procedure delivers significant girth improvement, but the increase is measured — not so extreme that the glans appears disproportionately small.
This is why we recommend completing your shaft procedure first and then evaluating. You'll be able to see your results in real time and make an informed decision about whether glans filler would genuinely improve the outcome. Our physicians won't pressure you either way — the goal is a result you're happy with.
For the patients who do proceed with glans enhancement, the most common reason is a personal preference for a fuller, more rounded appearance at the tip — not a medical necessity.
✓ Consider Glans Filler If
- You've had shaft filler and feel the proportions are off
- You prefer a fuller, more rounded glans appearance
- You understand the 3–6 month duration
- Your physician agrees it would improve the result
✗ You Probably Don't Need It If
- You haven't had shaft filler yet
- Your shaft results already look proportional
- You're primarily seeking length increase
- The shorter duration is a dealbreaker

Glans Filler Quick Facts
The Process
How Glans Enhancement Works
Shaft Procedure First
Most patients begin with the standard Upsize™ shaft filler. This allows your physician to assess your anatomy and achieve a balanced result before considering glans enhancement.
Real-Time Assessment
After shaft filler, you and your physician evaluate the proportionality together. Many patients find glans enhancement unnecessary once they see their shaft results.
Glans Injection
If you decide to proceed, hyaluronic acid filler is administered via needle injection directly into the glans. The process takes approximately 15–20 minutes under local anesthesia.
Aftercare & Follow-Up
Standard Upsize™ aftercare applies. Avoid sexual activity for 7 days. Your physician will schedule a follow-up to assess results and address any questions.

Glans Filler Pricing
Glans filler uses the same pricing structure as the Upsize™ shaft procedure — you pay for the volume of filler required. A typical glans enhancement uses approximately 4ml or more of hyaluronic acid filler.
The minimum charge is $3,990 (our Large package). If your glans requires less than the full package volume, the remaining filler can be credited toward a future shaft touch-up or maintenance appointment.
Pricing includes the procedure, consultation, and follow-up. Financing available.
Safety
Risks, Limitations & Expectations
Glans filler carries the same general risks as the Upsize™ shaft procedure — mild swelling, temporary soreness, rare chance of asymmetry or nodule formation. These are discussed in detail during your consultation.
The primary limitation is duration. Due to the high vascularity and tissue density of the glans, hyaluronic acid filler is metabolized significantly faster than in the shaft. Most patients see results lasting 3–6 months compared to 18–24 months for shaft filler. This is an important factor in deciding whether glans enhancement is right for you.
Like all Upsize™ procedures, glans filler is fully reversible with hyaluronidase if needed.

Learn MoreHave Questions About Glans Enhancement?
The best way to determine if glans filler is right for you is a private conversation with one of our physicians. There's no obligation — we'll give you an honest assessment based on your goals and anatomy.
While hyaluronic acid filler is approved by the FDA, it is used "off label" for penile glans enhancement by all physicians in the United States who perform this procedure. There is no filler commercially available that has been FDA-approved specifically for this use. Results may vary based on individual anatomy and physiology. The shorter duration of glans filler compared to shaft filler is a normal characteristic of the treatment area. Upsize physicians are independent practitioners who practice medicine individually.
