Does the girth show when erect?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid is placed in the layer between the skin and the erectile chambers, so it adds circumference to the shaft itself rather than depending on blood flow. Erect, the chambers fill as they always did and the filler layer sits on top of them; soft, the same volume is there. Girth gain runs up to 2 inches, depending on how much filler is placed.

Does it get longer?

Flaccid length, yes — up to 0.75 inches, because the added volume gives the shaft more presence at rest. Erect length, no. Nothing about filler lengthens the erectile chambers, and any clinic that promises erect length from an injectable is promising something the anatomy does not allow.
