Hyaluronic Acid Filler Materials Used
The Upsize™ procedure uses hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers — the same class of products used in cosmetic medicine.
Revanesse® Versa+
Our primary filler; other options such as Voluma® are available. Hyaluronic acid filler FDA-approved for facial cosmetic indications; used off-label here. Smooth distribution with moldability during the first 3–5 days.
Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
A naturally occurring substance in the body — biocompatible, reversible with hyaluronidase, and extensively studied for safety in aesthetic medicine.
Radiesse® (Experienced Patients)
Radiesse® is a collagen-stimulating filler (calcium hydroxylapatite). It is FDA-approved for facial cosmetic indications and used off-label here, always blended with HA filler, for men who have had filler before and want a longer-lasting result. Because it is a blend, hyaluronidase dissolves the HA part of it. The collagen-stimulating part cannot be dissolved — it wears off on its own over time. It is priced at +$100 per ml on top of the HA price for your package, and it is available at select offices, not every one — ask at your consult. Your doctor will tell you whether Radiesse® is a good fit for you.

Like any medical procedure, non-surgical penile enlargement carries some risks. Our transparent approach and standardized technique minimize them significantly.
Common (Mild & Temporary)
Minor swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection site. These typically resolve within 3–7 days without treatment. A small amount of initial volume loss (5–10%) is normal as post-procedure swelling subsides.
Uncommon
Asymmetry or unevenness that may require a touch-up. Filler nodularity or lumpiness — our proprietary technique and 3–5 day moldability window minimize this risk significantly compared to traditional methods.
Rare
Infection (sterile technique and a prophylactic antibiotic prescription are used to reduce risk), allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to HA filler, or filler migration (reduced with the cannula-based injection technique).
