Upsize LLC was founded in 2023 by Dr. Joel Pash and Dr. Jack Friedlander with a straightforward goal: develop a safe, effective method for male enhancement without the risks, cost, and downtime of surgery.
Dr. Pash, a board-certified anesthesiologist with deep expertise in injectables and pain management, and Dr. Friedlander, who contributed surgical insight and clinical rigor, developed a proprietary injection technique using FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers. They launched Upsize from their California base — and within two years, built the largest network of non-surgical penile enhancement clinics in the United States.
