Our Story
How Upsize™ Was Built
Upsize LLC was founded in 2023 by Dr. Joel Pash and Dr. Jack Friedlander with a straightforward goal: develop a safe, effective method for male enhancement without the risks, cost, and downtime of surgery.
Dr. Pash, an anesthesiologist by training with experience in injectable procedures and pain management, and Dr. Friedlander, who contributed clinical and procedural insight, developed a proprietary injection technique using hyaluronic acid dermal filler (FDA-approved for facial cosmetic indications; off-label for penile enhancement). They launched Upsize from their California base and have built a network of non-surgical penile enhancement clinics across the United States.
What started as an idea between two colleagues has grown into a nationwide practice with 25+ certified physicians across 21+ locations. The Upsize™ procedure has been performed over 3,000+ times with a 98% patient-reported satisfaction rate.

The Urosculpt™ Certification Program is a standardized procedural certification in non-surgical penile enhancement. Developed by Dr. Joel Pash based on thousands of procedures and years of technique refinement, the program teaches the proprietary Upsize™ injection method to support consistent procedural standards across the Upsize network.
Physicians must pass both didactic training and a hands-on clinical evaluation before performing procedures independently. Ongoing quality oversight ensures standards are maintained.
