About Upsize™ — A National Network for Non-Surgical Penile Enhancement

Dr. Joel Pash and Dr. Jack Friedlander founded Upsize LLC in 2023 to offer men a way to a larger penis without the risks, cost and recovery of surgery. Dr. Pash, an anesthesiologist with years of injectable procedures and pain management behind him, developed the injection technique with Dr. Friedlander, using hyaluronic acid filler placed through a blunt cannula, and they started in California.

It has grown into the largest network of non-surgical penis enlargement clinics in the United States: 31 clinics in 25 cities, 28 doctors, and more than 3,000 procedures.

Every clinic does the same procedure the same way. The doctors are all trained in one standardized technique, most of them by Dr. Pash and the rest by Dr. Friedlander, so a man in Omaha gets the procedure a man in San Francisco gets. The blunt cannula lets the filler be spread evenly, which is also what lets the whole volume go in at one visit.

We use hyaluronic acid, which is FDA-approved for cosmetic use in the face and used off-label in the penis, because it can be dissolved if a man ever wants it gone. The prices are published, starting at $3,990, and include the consultation, the numbing and the follow-up, with financing at most clinics.
