Patient question

How much girth will I gain?

It depends on how much filler you get and your own anatomy. More volume means more girth. We give you a range at the consult based on your measurements, not a fixed number, because no honest doctor can promise an exact figure.

Why we give a range

Men often ask us for an exact number — “how many millilitres for an inch?” We understand why. But girth is a circumference, and how a given volume reads on your body depends on your starting size and your tissue.

At the consult we measure you, then tell you what range is realistic for the volume you are considering. That is a real answer, not a sales one. If you want to see the numbers in context first, the size calculator compares your measurements against 15,000 real ones.

Does the head get bigger too

The shaft and the head are treated differently. The head takes only small amounts at a time, so it usually needs more than one session. We will tell you what is possible for you.

Can I add more later

Yes. Some men start with a moderate amount, live with it, and add more at a later visit. That is a normal path and often a sensible one.

Is the change visible when erect

Yes — see will it look bigger when erect, and the before and after results for what the change actually looks like.
