The Urosculpt™ Certification Program is a standardized procedural certification in non-surgical penile enhancement. Designed for licensed physicians seeking to add this procedure to their practice.
The Urosculpt™ Certification Program was developed by Dr. Joel Pash — an anesthesiologist by training and a co-founder of Upsize — based on thousands of procedures and years of technique refinement. The program teaches the proprietary Upsize™ injection technique, which has been used in over 3,000 procedures with a 98% patient satisfaction rate.
The certification is designed for licensed physicians (MD/DO) who want to offer non-surgical penile enhancement in their practice. The program includes comprehensive didactic training, hands-on technique instruction, patient management protocols, and ongoing mentorship from the Urosculpt™ medical team. All clinical protocols and training standards are overseen by the Urosculpt™ Medical Advisory Board.

Urosculpt™ Certification Program Overview
Injection Technique
The proprietary Upsize™ injection technique — a physician-performed method superior to traditional approaches, causing less migration, fewer corrections, and allowing more filler in a single visit.
Anatomy & Safety
Penile anatomy specific to filler injection, including proper injection planes, vascular avoidance, and complication management.
Anesthesia Protocol
Field block technique using 1% lidocaine without epinephrine for safe, effective local anesthesia.
Filler Selection
Guidance on primary HA filler (Versa+), Radiesse blending ratios for experienced patients (1.5:8–9ml HA), and volume-to-results expectations.
Patient Management
Consultation frameworks, expectation setting, pre/post-care protocols (including Keflex 500mg x2), and the 7-day sexual activity wait period.
Certification Exam
Comprehensive assessment covering technique, safety, patient management, and clinical judgment. Ongoing CE and mentorship included.

Who Should Apply
The Urosculpt™ Certification Program is designed for licensed physicians (MD or DO) with existing experience in injectable procedures. Physicians from a range of specialty backgrounds have completed the program, including dermatologists, urologists, plastic surgeons, emergency medicine physicians, anesthesiologists, and family medicine physicians with aesthetic experience.
Certified Urosculpt™ physicians can join the Upsize clinic network or operate independently under the certification. For physicians interested in joining the Upsize network, additional business support including patient acquisition, scheduling systems, and marketing is available.
