How Much Filler Do You Need?

How much penis filler you will need is completely determinant on the size increase you are looking for and your starting size.  To illustrate this relationship, let’s use extreme scenarios (as it makes it easier to understand.). Let’s say your penis is 1 inch long.  If we put a teaspoon amount of filler in, the penis may double in size.  Now for comparison, let’s say your penis is 18 inches long.  If we put a teaspoon of filler in, it will have no noticeable effect.  So now that we have illustrated that, lets use real scenarios:

The average flaccid penis is 4 inches in circumference and 4 inches in length.  (Erect would be 5 inches in circumference and 5 inches in length).  Typically 12ml of filler will increase this size penis this size by 1 inch in circumference and 0.75 inches in length.

If you are on the longer side, you will need more filler and the cost of penis filler will be slightly more.  Let’s say you are 5 inches in circumference and 6 inches in erect length.  10ml of filler may increase your circumference by 0.5 inches and length by 0.25 inches.

If you are on the shorter side, you will need less filler.  Let’s say you are 4 inches in circumference and 4 inches in erect length.  10ml of filler may give you 1 inche in circumference and 0.75 inches in length.  FYI, typically the most length you can get is 0.75 inches regardless of starting size or amount of filler added.  This is for anatomical and physiologic reasons.

To clarify, the numbers above are estimates.  While they are fairly accurate, and based on thousands of procedures, there can never be a guarantee.  This is because every penis is different.  In medicine, regardless of the field, it’s never possible to give 100% guarantees.  The best we can do is use our experience to give as close an estimate as possible
