The XL is our most popular package, and most men settle on 10 to 12 ml. Plenty start with the Large or XL and add volume later.

If the volume you want falls between two packages, you pay for the package below it plus $590 for each extra ml. A 12 ml treatment, for example, comes to $7,170. Filler added at any later visit is also $590 per ml, whichever package you started with.

The filler is placed along the shaft through a blunt cannula. It spreads evenly, and the full volume goes in at a single visit. Across the network, 97% of patients report being satisfied with their result.

That filler is hyaluronic acid, a substance your body already produces. A 2026 review of 23 studies covering 2,620 men found that hyaluronic acid has the lowest complication rate of any enlargement method. It can also be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. That makes it the only enlargement method that can be reversed this way — something no implant, graft or permanent filler can offer.

Firm-X™ is an injection into the erectile tissue that makes erections firmer. It takes effect within two weeks and lasts up to six months, so there's no pill to plan around. In a placebo-controlled trial of 70 men whose ED pills had stopped working, a majority improved after a single injection.

Treatment takes about 20 minutes and costs $1,890, which includes the consultation and a follow-up visit. A repeat treatment costs the same. Firm-X™ is available at every Upsize™ clinic, and 20 to 30% of filler patients add it at the same visit.

SmoothSac™ is a neuromodulator treatment that leaves the scrotum smoother and more relaxed. It takes about 15 minutes, costs $1,890, and can be done at the same visit as your filler.

Filler placed in the glans gives a fuller head. Treatment takes 15 to 20 minutes, and the result lasts three to six months.

It's priced by volume, usually 4 ml or more, and the minimum is the Large package at $3,990. Any volume you don't use stays on file as credit toward a later visit.

Correcting Filler Done Elsewhere

If you've had filler placed at another clinic, an Upsize™ doctor can examine it and correct it. What that takes depends on what was injected, where it has settled and how long it's been there, so the doctor prices the work at your visit.

The package price covers the entire procedure: the filler itself, a local anesthetic block to numb the area, a course of antibiotics, and a follow-up visit where your doctor reviews the result. There's no separate anesthesia or facility fee.

Everything begins with a free, confidential phone consultation with a patient coordinator, and it commits you to nothing. The coordinator answers your questions and, if you decide to go ahead, books you with a doctor near you.

Booking carries a $95 fee, paid at the time you book and in addition to the package price. Rescheduling is free with more than 48 hours' notice. The package itself is paid on the day of your procedure, by credit or debit card, cash or financing.

Because the filler spreads along the whole shaft, the volume you need depends on your length as well as the girth you're after. Adding an inch of girth takes about 10 ml at a 4-inch erect length, and about 15 ml at 6 inches.

Most Upsize™ offices offer 0% financing over 6 or 12 months. On a longer term, the Large package works out to about $142 a month.

Financing typically comes through CareCredit, Cherry or United Credit, and checking your rate won't affect your credit score.

For comparison, Healthline puts a silicone implant at over $15,000, suspensory ligament release at anywhere from under $10,000 to over $20,000, and fat transfer at usually under $10,000.

Each of those surgeries means an operating room, general anesthesia and weeks of recovery, and insurance covers none of them when the reason is cosmetic. An implant can only come out through a second operation, and up to 10% are removed.
