What is Dr. Godley's specialty, and why does it matter for penis filler?
Anesthesiology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, earned his MBChB at the University of Cape Town and completed his residency at the University of British Columbia. An anesthesiologist's working life is placing a needle precisely in tissue he cannot see without hurting the patient, which is what this procedure asks for.
Has he worked on this anatomy before?
Yes. He is a certified P-Shot provider, trained by Dr. Charles Runels, who developed that procedure, and he treats Peyronie's disease at Godley Clinic. He also holds certification in vascular complications prevention — recognising an arterial occlusion and reversing it.
Which office should I book — Vancouver or Abbotsford?
Whichever is closer; same physician, same technique, same price. Coal Harbour is the easier trip from downtown, the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond. Abbotsford is the shorter drive from the Fraser Valley — Chilliwack, Mission, Langley and Surrey.
What does it cost in Canadian dollars?
Upsize™ Large is $4,490 CAD, Upsize™ XL is $7,490 CAD and Firm-X™ is $1,890 CAD. There is no Vancouver markup — those are the prices at every Upsize™ clinic in Canada. MediCard financing is available.
Is it covered by MSP or by private insurance?
No. It is a cosmetic procedure, paid by the patient. The hyaluronic acid filler is a Health Canada–licensed medical device, used off-label for penile enhancement.
Can I have the consultation and the procedure on the same day?
Usually, when Dr. Godley's schedule allows. The phone consultation happens before you travel; the in-person consultation and the procedure are then booked together, and the visit runs about an hour.
Can I reach Dr. Godley after the procedure?
Yes. Every physician in the Upsize™ network gives patients a personal phone number, so a clinical question after the visit does not go through a front desk.
