All five use injections, not a scalpel. Most take under an hour. You walk in, and you go back to work the same day. A physician does the whole procedure, start to finish.

Two of them add size. Two change how things feel or look. One fixes work done somewhere else. Here is each one, what it costs, and how long it lasts.

Which one do men pick?

It depends on what you want to change.

• You want more girth. That is the Upsize™ procedure. Volume sets the result: 10ml averages about 1 inch of erect girth, and 15ml averages about 1.5 inches. See how much girth you would gain.
• You want firmer erections. That is Firm-X™. It also adds flaccid hang. Many men book it with the Upsize™ procedure on the same visit.
• The head looks small next to the shaft. That is glans enhancement. Most men do the shaft first, then the head.
• You want a smoother, looser scrotum. That is SmoothSac™.
• Someone else's filler went wrong. That is filler correction. Bring photos if you have them.

• The price includes the consult, the procedure and a follow-up visit. There are no facility fees.
• Financing is available. Checking your rate does not affect your credit score.
• The filler procedures are reversible. HA filler can be dissolved.

Results vary from man to man, and depend on your anatomy and how much volume you have. Every procedure has risks, and your physician goes through them with you before you decide. Fillers and neuromodulators have not been evaluated by the FDA for these uses, so physicians use them off-label.
