Dr Bhavsar is the BEST! I trust him! And I only go for the small increases cause I just wanted a bit more (like just a little extra is always good) but I will be doing this bi-annually from now on. I trust Dr Bhavsar and I am glad I decided to go for it because I was 50/50 at first. Now I am 100% in thanks to that trust. Just a heads up go for bigger because it does wear off that is just the science of it but if you go more often and go for more volume it is less noticeable.
