Men’s sexual health is not new to Godley Clinic.
Dr. Mark Godley is a medical doctor with a focus on regenerative medicine. For years, he has offered the P Shot, a treatment that uses the regenerative components found in platelet rich plasma prepared from the patient’s blood to help restore sexual function. But patients regularly asked him another question:
“Can the P Shot make my penis bigger?”
The answer is that it may create a modest change in fullness, mainly from increased blood flow. But enlargement is not the primary purpose of the P Shot.
Dr. Godley listens closely to what his patients are asking for. When this question kept coming up, he began exploring treatments designed specifically for penis enlargement.
This led him to San Francisco, where he trained with Dr. Joel Pash. Dr. Pash developed a nonsurgical penis enlargement procedure using dermal filler. He has performed more than 2,000 procedures and trains physicians across North America.
Dr. Godley returned to Canada as a UroSculpt™ Master Certified physician and now offers penis enlargement treatments at his clinics in Vancouver and Abbotsford.
Drawing from his patient consultations, Dr. Godley answers the most common questions about penis filler.
What is penis filler?
Dr. Godley: From a material point of view, it’s nothing new. Penis filler uses the same hyaluronic acid filler used in areas like the lips and cheeks. The difference is in how it is applied. The technique I learned through my UroSculpt™ Master training is designed to distribute the filler smoothly and evenly. The last thing you want is more size but a lumpy or asymmetrical result.
What is penis neuromodulator?
Dr. Godley: This treatment is sometimes known as “penile botox”. A small amount of neuromodulator is injected into the tissue and relaxes the muscle so more blood can enter. Unlike filler, it does not add volume or increase girth. The two treatments can be performed during the same appointment.
Is penis filler right for me, or would I benefit more from penis enlargement surgery?
Dr. Godley: The men who chose penis filler at my practice saw it as the more practical option. They wanted more girth without surgery, implants or a long recovery.
Filler is temporary, adjustable and generally more affordable than surgery. Surgery, of course, is a much bigger commitment and investment. A consultation can help you decide which approach makes the most sense for you.

What do you think about medication? Do penis enlargement pills work?
Dr. Godley: There is no pill proven to increase penis size. ED medications such as Viagra or Cialis may help someone achieve a firmer erection, but they do not make the penis larger.
Will anyone know that I got penis enlargement treatment?
Dr. Godley: Everything is kept confidential. Your card statement will show the clinic name, not the procedure, and our voicemails will not mention the reason for the call.
As for the result itself, a regular sexual partner will probably notice the increase in girth. That’s usually the point for most of my patients. What they will not see is an obvious sign of treatment, like a surgical scar, implant or dressing.
How much bigger can penis filler make you?
Dr. Godley: Up to two inches in girth, depending on the volume of filler used. Some men also notice up to three quarters of an inch in flaccid length. Your anatomy, the amount of filler and how your body responds will determine your result.
How long do the results last?
Dr. Godley: On average, penis filler lasts about 18 to 24 months. It does not disappear all at once. The body gradually breaks down the hyaluronic acid, so the change happens over time.
How much does penis filler cost?
Dr. Godley: Penis filler costs $4,490 to $7,490 CAD plus applicable taxes, depending on the volume. A penis neuromodulator treatment is $1,890 CAD plus applicable taxes. Financing is available.
Is penis filler safe?
Dr. Godley: As with any medical procedure, complications are possible. Swelling, bruising and tenderness are expected during recovery. Infection, filler migration and vascular occlusion are rare but require prompt medical attention.
Patient safety comes first at my clinic. As a physician, I screen each patient, perform the procedure and manage any concerns that arise. Our team has completed CPR and Basic Life Support training as part of our commitment to a higher standard of care. After treatment, you will know what signs to watch for and how to reach us if you have a concern.
So, what does a regenerative medicine doctor think about penis filler?
Penis filler is not a regenerative treatment, but Dr. Godley does not see health and appearance as completely separate. His approach has always been to help patients feel better from the inside out, combining regenerative medicine, holistic health and aesthetic treatments.
Much of aesthetic medicine has traditionally focused on women, but men have concerns about their appearance too. Sometimes the concern is function. Sometimes it’s size. Often, the two are connected in how a man feels about himself and his relationships.
For men considering treatment, the first step is a private consultation with Dr. Godley in Vancouver or Abbotsford, B.C.
