What is the Dominican Dick Lift (DDL)?
The term “Dominican Dick Lift” (DDL) is a sort of slang term for some kind of penis enlargement procedure. Likely due to the popularity of the Brazilian Butt Lift, in the last few years, people started referring to penis enlargement procedures as the “Dominican Dick Lift”.
What is the Dominican Dick Lift for Men?
As such, there really is no one procedure that is specifically a “The Dominican Dick Lift”. If we had to speculate on what the intention of someone seeking a “Dominican Dick Lift” was looking for, we would guess that it was a penis filler procedure or a penis enlargement injection of some sort. The reason I’m speculating this is that most people know what a penis enlargement surgery is, so it would not be necessary to come up with a “name” for that. Penis filler procedures have been around for 20 years of so, but they are not widely known by any specific brand. Specifically, penis enlargement injections use dermal filler to increase the thickness of the penis. Usually, the filler used is a hyaluronic acid based filler which is commonly used filler in other aesthetic procedures (lips, cheeks, etc.). The procedure is performed by a doctor, using an aesthetic microcannula or a needle to place the hyaluronic acid in the right tissue planes in order to add girth, and flaccid length, without cutting, stitches or general anesthesia. Filler does not change erect length.
So for the purposes of this article, lets assume that a Dominican Dick Lift is any penis filler procedure and not a penis enlargement surgery.

Describe the Typical Candidate for a Dominican Dick Lift?
A man over the age of 18, in reasonably good health and with reasonable expectations, may be a candidate. Your doctor decides whether to treat you: an active infection in the area, certain bleeding conditions, or expectations that cannot be met honestly can rule it out, and your doctor needs to know about blood thinners, diabetes and any medication you take, because it may change what is recommended. Reasonable expectations refers to understanding dimensions and anatomy. For example. looking for 4-6 inches to get added on (we get that request all the time) is not reasonable. If you just take out a tape measure and look at it you will see why it is not reasonable. We are talking about an “enhancement” procedure. Therefore something like an inch in girth (maximum 2) would be reasonable.
How Does the DDL Work?
The DDL is a straightforward medical procedure done in a procedure room in an office that typically takes about an hour:
- Consultation: During the initial consultation the doctor will review your medical history and discuss the options, expectations, risks and benefits of the procedure.
- Preparation: Once the patient desires to have the procedure (often immediately after the consultation) a consent form will be completed while the doctor prepares the equipment, supplies and filler. This is following by prepping the area with a sterile cleaning solution and draping the area to ensure the area is sterile throughout the duration of procedure. Local anesthesia (lidocaine) will then be injected to ensure no pain is felt during the procedure.
- Injection: Now it is time for the actual procedure. The filler is injected into the tissue plane your doctor chooses. This takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending on the size of the penis and the volume of filler being given.
- Recovery: Patients are advised to avoid sex for 7 days but can otherwise resume normal activities right away.
The results of the Dominican Dick Lift are immediate. Patients see the results before leaving the office. Unlike pills and pumps, which have no good evidence behind them for enlargement, the effect of the DDL (Penis Enlargement Injections) is immediate. You can clearly see the effect in the office.
