The term “Dominican Dick Lift” (DDL) is a sort of slang term for some kind of penis enlargement procedure. Likely due to the popularity of the Brazilian Butt Lift, in the last few years, people started referring to penis enlargement procedures as the “Dominican Dick Lift”.
What is the Dominican Dick Lift for Men?
As such, there really is no one procedure that is specifically a “The Dominican Dick Lift”. If we had to speculate on what the intention of someone seeking a “Dominican Dick Lift” was looking for, we would guess that it was a penis filler procedure or a penis enlargement injection of some sort. The reason I’m speculating this is that most people know what a penis enlargement surgery is, so it would not be necessary to come up with a “name” for that. Penis filler procedures have been around for 20 years of so, but they are not widely known by any specific brand. We will not treat you if you have an active infection in the area, certain bleeding conditions, or expectations we cannot meet honestly — and we need to know about blood thinners, diabetes and any medication you take, because it may change what we recommend. Reasonable expectations refers to understanding dimensions and anatomy. For example. looking for 4-6 inches to get added on (we get that request all the time) is not reasonable. If you just take out a tape measure and look at it you will see why it is not reasonable. We are talking about an “enhancement” procedure. Therefore something like an inch in girth (maximum 2) would be reasonable.
How Does the DDL Work?
The DDL is a straightforward medical procedure done in a procedure room in an office that takes about an hour:
- Consultation: During the initial consultation the doctor will review your medical history and discuss the options, expectations, risks and benefits of the procedure.
- Preparation: Once the patient desires to have the procedure (often immediately after the consultation) a consent form will be completed while the doctor prepares the equipment, supplies and filler. This is following by prepping the area with a sterile cleaning solution and draping the area to ensure the area is sterile throughout the duration of procedure. Local anesthesia (lidocaine) will then be injected to ensure no pain is felt during the procedure.
- Injection: Now it is time for the actual procedure. The doctor will inject the filler the right tissue plane, ensuring even distribution and natural-looking results. This takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending on the size of the penis and the volume of filler being given.
- Recovery: Patients are advised to avoid sex for 7 days but can otherwise resume normal activities right away.
