Penis filler in circumcised patients results in erect and flaccid girth increases as well as flaccid length increases. Many penis filler injection techniques result in filler bunching up near the head due to gravity effect. You will notice that in our results this typically does not happen. The reason for this is the proprietary technique that Upsize uses which minimizes filler migration.
Injecting penis filler or performing girth enhancement into uncircumcised penises can be challenging due to the foreskin creating a void that the filler can migrate into over time. Contrary to uncircumcised penises, penile filler injected in uncircumcised men will result in an erect and flaccid girth increase but is less likely to cause a flaccid length increase. Just as in our circumcised photos, filler migration using the Upsize proprietary injection technique is minimal. No sleeves, molding or elaborate aftercare is necessary, which is unique to the Upsize procedure. Furthermore, we tend to have more even and natural appearing results than other procedures which inject into more mobile tissue layers.
Logistically, before after pictures of erect penises can be difficult to obtain because we do not induce erections in our office. Occasionally however we are able to obtain some examples so we have included them below. In general, filler injected into the flaccid penis, if natural appearing, will also appear natural in the erect penis. The filler evenly expands with the underlying tissue resulting in a similar appearance flaccid and erect. Likewise, if the girth increase is 1 inch above flaccid baseline, it would also be 1 inch above erect baseline.
