The procedure involves injecting dermal fillers into targeted areas in the penis to increase girth (thickness). The treatment is quick, typically completed in under an hour, with immediate results. Patients can typically go back to work immediately. The only significant restriction is no sex for one week.
Results last an average of two years, depending on individual factors and the type of filler used. Many patients return for maintenance treatments to extend results indefinitely.

Penis filler procedures (aka Upsize™ Procedure) use a non surgical injectable technique in order to increase the girth (thickness) of the flaccid and erect penis and the length of the flaccid penis. Penis enlargement surgery on the other hand uses cutting and implants to increase the girth and flaccid length. The issue with penis surgery is that cutting of the suspensory ligament often, if not always, results in a shorter penis months after the surgery. Furthermore, implants or sheaths can cause scarring and have a chance of causing permanent nerve injury and erectile dysfunction. Since injectable procedures do not cut any skin or nerve tissue, this is incredibly unlikely with injectables. It is for this reason that Upsize solely recommends injectable procedures for penile enhancement.
