Upsize vs Penuma

Many prospective patients ask us how the Upsize procedure is different from Penuma surgery.  It is quite different.  While Penuma is a major surgery requiring general anesthesia and a long recovery period, Upsize is a procedure that can be done in the office under local anesthesia and has a minimal recovery period.  There are numerous differences however, as seen in the table below:
